1. Discovery and Job Definition
We begin with a short discovery call to understand your requirements. Based on this discussion, we prepare a detailed job description for your review and approval.
2. Sourcing and Shortlisting
Within approximately two weeks, we identify and interview candidates who closely match your requirements. You will receive two shortlisted profiles, each accompanied by a short recorded video interview for your review.
3. Client Interviews
Once you select preferred candidates from the shortlist, we coordinate and schedule final interviews directly with you.
4. Reference and Background Checks
Upon your selection, we conduct reference and background verification, including education, employment history, and ID validation (criminal checks where legally permissible and relevant).
5. Offer and Onboarding
After verification, we support the offer process and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for you and your new Executive Assistant.
